Estate entry, arched swing gate
Double swing gate with an arched top rail and stained wood infill in a black steel frame. Fortis designed the entrance, specified every component and managed the steelwork, woodwork and masonry through to installation. Operators and safety devices are concealed so the design carries the entrance.

Modern residence, slat fence and sliding gate
Powder-coated horizontal slat panels with a sliding vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate. Keypad and mailbox are built into the fence line, and posts are core-drilled and anchored so the run stays straight through freeze and thaw. The gate operator is housed inside the gate post, so no motor box sits beside the drive.

Vehicle entrance, cantilever slide gate
An automated cantilever slide gate for a high-traffic vehicle entrance. A long-range reader recognizes a windshield tag as a known vehicle approaches, so drivers do not stop or roll down a window.
Tags are issued and revoked by the property's own staff. The gate and its safety devices are built to UL 325.
