Craft at the entrance.
We are a New York company that designs, installs and looks after the entrances to serious properties. The design is custom, the service is white glove, and the same people are responsible from the first site visit to the tenth year.
Design it to the property.
A gate is architecture. It should look like it was always meant to be there, and the hardware that runs it should disappear.
Bring in the right hands.
We do not run a fabrication shop. We design and specify the entrance, and we are glad to bring in the ironworker, woodworker or mason the design calls for and manage their work closely. Most clients prefer that; clients with trades of their own are equally welcome. Our own technicians install, automate and commission it.
Own the whole thing.
Design, project management, operator, reader, camera, wiring and software from one team means one phone number when you need something, and no finger-pointing.
Stay after the install.
Through Fortis Grid we watch the systems we install. We would rather call you about a battery than get the call about a stuck gate.
Residential
Estates and residences from the city to the East End, for owners who care how the entrance looks and how it works.
Commercial
Buildings, gated communities, marinas, clubs and managed properties that need many credentials, one audit trail, and a partner who answers.
New York
Based in New York and working across New York City, Long Island and the Hamptons.
